Does The Butik have a brick and mortar store?
The Butik has closed its brick and mortar store December 1, 2017. Currently, we are only selling through Instagram or on our website.
Does thebutik.com accept international orders?
Currently The Butik website can only accept orders from the 50 United States. If you are an international customer, we will happily assist you with a phone order. Please call our sales staff at 1-808-593-4484 during regular business hours (11 AM to 7 PM HST) to check product availability and get a current shipping quote. International customers are responsible for paying all costs related to shipping the order, including shipping, duties, tariffs etc. Order to U.S. territories are considered international.
Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?
Our payment processing is through Paypal. Once you place an order, changes or cancellations cannot be done on-line. Please call us at (808)593-4484 during business hours (11 am- 7pm Pacific Time) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you would like to cancel a order. We would be happy to assist you with your order.
How will I know if you have received my order?
An automatic response will be sent to your provided e-mail address confirming that thebutik.com has indeed received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please call or e-mail email@example.com and we will be able to check the status of your order.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Packages should arrive within 5 to 7 business days shipped via UPS or USPS. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address or during holiday seasons.
What if an item I am interested in is sold out or no longer available in my size?
Due to high demand for many of our items, thebutik.com cannot always guarantee availability of all products. New items can sell out quickly, but we might bring them back in stock soon! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (808) 593-4484 and we'll do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include your email address or contact information so that we may reach you when the item becomes available.
How do I pay for a item?
All payment are placed through Paypal. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or Paypal account.
